Is there an underlying problem with Musk's meddling, which affects millions of individual investors?
At various points in the history of financial markets individuals have been accused of manipulating prices and ended up doing 'hard time'. This is rational, it is illegal to manipulate markets as the outcomes create instability, massive price corrections and more often than not individual bankruptcies, none of which seem to affect the wealthier individuals such as Elon Musk, too badly.
